After the critical success of the Genesis, Hyundai is considering adding a new large luxury SUV to its lineup but not without some hesitation.

The new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe debuted to the public at the 2012 New York Auto Show, and it has been confirmed by Hyundai CEO John Krafcik that it will replace the Hyundai Veracruz. 

Hyundai is recalling more than 200,000 Veracruz and Santa Fe SUVs between 2007-2008 model years for an airbag failure. The recall affects 26,548 Veracruz vehicles and 178,865 Santa Fe models.
