According to a Porsche dealership in Northern California, the 2015 Porsche Cayman and Boxster GTS models will feature 370 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque.

Porsche is in the midst of working on a four-cylinder engine to power its entry level models, but the brand says that the small engines won’t be ready until at least 2016. 

Announced at the 2013 New York Auto Show, the Porsche Cayman/ Boxster has been declared the World Performance Car of the Year in 2013.

The 2013 World Car of the Year was just announced at the New York International Auto Show this morning. Rising up against some stiff competition, Volkswagen’s versatile Golf drove away with the prestigious award.

After 24 hours of grueling racing at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona, history has been made with Audi achieving its first victory at the American endurance classic, not to mention its first ever win in the series.

Make no mistake, this IS as much of a bucket-list as it is a dream list of cars. I’ve yet to drive many of these sublime examples of motoring, but if I was ever given the opportunity, I’d jump at it,  potentially re-scheduling a birthday party, religious holiday or anniversary to get a chance behind one of these vehicles. If (or until) these opportunities arise, I’ll have to just dream.
