Press days at the biennial Tokyo Motor Show have just wrapped up. Per usual, there were plenty of significant reveals and here are our top five.

Yamaha builds, like, everything, from ATVs and outboard motors, to electronics and musical instruments. It seems there’s almost no pie this Japanese conglomerate doesn’t have a finger deeply buried in.

In addition to the e-Survivor, an electric off-roader with a traditional frame that draws inspiration from the brand’s Suzuki, Jimny and Vitara models, Suzuki has several other world debuts scheduled for this year’s Tokyo Motor Show.

It wouldn’t be a Tokyo Motor Show without a few bizarre unveilings and Honda has more than a few waiting in the wings year.

Lexus has confirmed it will bring a new concept car to the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show later this month. 

Lexus could have a high-performance LS F sedan in the works, if a leaked photo posted to social media is anything to go by. 

Toyota’s aftermarket division TRD has put together some one-off versions of the C-HR crossover and 86 sports car to show off at the Tokyo Auto Salon. 

Subaru already showed off a concept of its next-generation Impreza at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, but now we get to see the real deal testing on the roads.

To one side is Tokyo Bay, to the other, Japan’s capital and largest metropolitan area on planet Earth. In between these leviathans is a world-renowned biennial motor show. Maybe you’ve heard of it?
