SEMA 2010: Subaru Impreza STi Nurburgring Special
Subaru SEMA Display to Include Tommi Makinen's 'Fastest STI Ever'
Subaru has announced its lineup of booth cars for the 2010 SEMA Show, with center stage going to the record setting ‘ Fastest STI Ever.’ Back in June Subaru announced that this test mule for the new 2011 WRX STI lapped the Nürburgring in just 7:55 – a total of 4 seconds faster than the Cadillac CTS-V (despite having almost half the horsepower). It didn’t hurt that the car was piloted by Tommi Makinen either.
