Are you looking to replace your standard halogen turn signal bulbs with something brighter? LED turn signal bulbs have become relatively inexpensive in recent years, allowing vehicle owners to upgrade at a low cost. In addition to offering brighter performance, LED bulbs generally last significantly longer than standard halogen bulbs, meaning you’ll save money in the long run without having to constantly replace your bulbs.
When it comes to shopping for LED turn signal bulbs, you may notice many of the products on the market look similar and advertise many of the same features. For the most part, products in this space are actually alike, the main difference being which LED chips they use. Some products will also feature aluminum housings and projector-style lenses for better durability and performance.
One thing to note is that nearly all LED turn signal bulbs may require resistors or flash relays to prevent error codes or what’s called “hyper blinking,” which is the car believing the turn signal bulb is out, causing the flasher to blink rapidly. It’s something to keep in mind if that bothers you, since adding resistors to your setup could be troublesome depending on your vehicle.
With all that in mind, here’s a list of the top 5 best LED turn signal bulbs you can get at a low cost. Again, many of these products have similar features, so we do highlight what LED chips are used for which bulb, and any other standout features a specific product may have.

1. Editor's Pick: Alla Lighting LED Turn Signal Bulbs
Alla Lighting offers its LED turn signal bulbs in white, yellow, or red with a variety of fitments. These bulbs feature 39 pieces of 2835 LED chips per bulb with 360-degree, full angle illumination with a projector lens design. Each bulb offers about 1000 lumens, which is more than triple the brightness of a factory halogen turn signal light. These bulbs also draw less current than factory bulbs, which means lower power consumption and longer life.
Alla Lighting also equips each bulb with a built-in intelligent IC driver for more stable performance and heat dissipation. The company does note that these bulbs are not CANBUS error free, so some vehicles may require extra load resistors to avoid an error code or blinking issue. You’ll get a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defect with these bulbs.
2. ENDPAGE LED Turn Signal Bulbs
ENDPAGE’s offering for LED turn signal bulbs are similar to Alla Lighting’s products when it comes to fitments and color options. Along with white, red, and amber, ENDPAGE also offers an amber/white switchback option. ENDPAGE’s bulbs use a total of 54 pieces of 2835 LED chips and claim to last over 30,000 hours. Expect these bulbs to be about three times brighter than standard turn signal bulbs, while offering 360-degree illumination.
ENDPAGE uses an aluminum housing for quicker heat distribution, along with a built-in stable current constant IC driver for a longer lifespan. Again, like other LED turn signal bulbs on the market, load resistors or flasher relays may be necessary to avoid an issue with error codes or blinking issues. The company also offers a one-year warranty with its bulbs.
3. JDM ASTAR LED Turn Signal Bulbs
A popular brand for LED headlight bulbs, JDM ASTAR also offers turn signal bulbs featuring 28 pieces of PX LED chips. These bulbs are white/yellow switchback bulbs that only work on dual-function lights that have both the parking/city light and turn signal in one bulb. They are a bit more expensive than the competition, but many owners say they’re extremely bright.
Resistors are probably necessary to prevent error codes or “hyper blinking” issues. Like other brands, JDM ASTAR offers a one-year warranty with its bulbs. While most owners are happy with their purchase and say the bulbs are really bright, there are a good number of negative reviews saying the bulbs failed within months of use.
4. iBrightstar LED Turn Signal Bulbs
These bulbs from iBrightstar use 54 pieces of 3014 LED chips and 3 pieces of 3030 LED chips for 300% brighter output than standard turn signal bulbs. They feature a full aluminum housing with a projector-style lens, along with a built-in constant current IC for longer lifespan and lower power consumption. The company claims these bulbs have a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours.
Resistors or flash relays are likely necessary to prevent error codes or hyper blinking issues. Similar to other bulbs we’ve included on our list, iBrightstar offers a one-year warranty with its product.
5. Antline LED Turn Signal Bulbs
Offering about 1000 lumens of brightness per bulb are Antline’s LED turn signal lights. These bulbs feature 33 pieces of 2835 LED chips with 360-degree lighting and a non-polarity design for easy plug-and-play installation. These bulbs have an advertised lifespan of 30,000 hours and come with a one-year warranty. If you’ve followed through every product on our list, you shouldn’t be surprised to hear that resistors or flash relays may be necessary to prevent error codes or hyper blinking on your vehicle.
Unlike some of the other products on our list, these bulbs do not use an aluminum housing or a projector-style lens. So while they may be easier to install than other options, keep in mind that they might not last as long despite a similarly advertised lifespan as other products.
What are LED Turn Signal Bulbs?
Most vehicles come from the factory with halogen turn signal bulbs, which are more affordable than LED turn signal bulbs. But in recent years, the price of LEDs has dropped significantly, making them a viable option when it comes to replacing your car’s lighting, whether you need new headlight bulbs, tail light bulbs, or turn signal bulbs.
LED bulbs generally last much longer than their halogen counterparts, which means you won’t have to replace your bulbs as often. In addition to longer life, LED bulbs are brighter and consume less electrical power. They may cost a bit more, but you’ll save money in the long run with less replacements.
Why Should I Get LED Turn Signal Bulbs?
While having brighter turn signal bulbs won’t have as big of a benefit as brighter headlights or tail lights, turn signal lights still pay an extremely important role in having a safe driving experience. Turn signals indicate what your intention is on the road, and letting drivers know when you plan on turning or changing lanes makes it safer for everyone on the road.
Along with saving money with longer lifespan, you’ll also be enhancing your safety with brighter LED turn signal bulbs.
How do I Choose the Correct LED Turn Signal Bulbs?
The most important factor when shopping for LED turn signal bulbs is to confirm you’re getting the right ones for your car. Check the type of bulb you need for your specific vehicle and make sure the particular bulb you’re purchasing will fit. You’ll then want to determine how bright you want the bulbs to be. This is specified by the manufacturer’s advertised “lumens” output. Of course, make sure you’re buying a quality bulb that will last a long time—most companies will advertise that their LED turn signal bulbs will last around 30,000 hours. A warranty is a plus, but given how affordable many of these bulbs are, don’t expect it from a lot of companies.
