Matte-black is so played out. For that matter, matte-white paint jobs pretty much are too. But what about matte orange, blue and green? Not just yet.

Next year, yes, you may be sick of them, but it’s hard not to be at least amused by a matte-orange widebody Nissan GT-R (above), or a matte-red BMW 5 Series wagon.
