Aston Martin Details 24 Hours of Nrburgring in Video
The Nürburgring is world famous thanks to its length, tricky design and the 24 hour race which takes place on the German track.
Having just passed, Aston Martin chronicled its experience at the race with a video, walking us through what it takes to compete, and how to remain competitive in such a grueling challenge.
One of the drivers explains in the video that the first three quarters of a 24 hour race are all about keeping the car intact, while only the last little bit is about pushing yourself for the win. It’s this mentality that is so different from other types of racing, and makes an endurance challenge that much more intense.
Aston Martin ran four official entries in the race: two V12 Vantage GT3 cars, a Vantage GT4 and a V12 Zagato.
