Chevrolet Corvette Celebrates 60 Years of Performance – Video
Earlier this year, Chevrolet celebrated the Corvette’s birthday by letting the famous American sports car blow out its own candles, and next year it’ll be celebrating its 60th anniversary.
Over the six decades of the Corvette’s lifetime, we’ve seen it transform generation to generation, but one thing as consistent: performance. Around the corner is the new C7 model, which will usher in a seventh generation of Chevrolet’s most famous sports car. To look back at the success of the Corvette model, the American automaker has put together a highlight reel of the Corvette over the years. There’s clips of classic Corvettes, the obligatory racing scenes, and a look at the most recent ZR1’s lap of Nordschleife.
