Kia has released a selection of teaser images of an all-new MPV model ahead of its debut at the Paris Motor Show this fall.

Called the Carens, it’s described as a compact MPV, putting it in the same segment as vehicles like the Mazda5 or Chevrolet Orlando and will likely share a platform with the next-generation Kia Forte. In fact, the Carens is no stranger to our shores, sold here as the Rondo in the past.

Kia is promising the all new Rondo will, “combine striking looks with spacious functionality and an emotional appeal that has become a standard feature of Kia products.”

It will feature a longer wheelbase than before, with lager wheels and a chrome beltline accent to add some flare to this family mover.
