Ken Block, a Ford endorsed racer tweeted photos of an upcoming “ST” car from the brand on Monday, which is almost certainly the all-new Ford Fiesta ST.

Leaked specs have confirmed that the Fiesta ST will run with 1.6-liter EcoBoost turbocharged engine with 180 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque. Further suggesting that this information is all correct, Block finished off his tweet with “#ecoboostFTW.” He also confirmed that whatever this mystery car is, it will be available to the U.S. market.

Like its bigger brother, the Focus ST, the Fiesta ST will get a six-speed manual transmission and will use torque-vectoring technology and a three-mode stability control system.

The ST version of the Fiesta will also receive some exterior style add-ons including a lip kit and rear diffuser to make it look more aggressive.

Watch for the Fiesta ST to bow at the 2012 LA Auto Show later this week.
