2014 Volkswagen Beetle Adds Premium Package

Starting next month, Volkswagen Beetle shoppers will be able to opt for a Premium Package.

The new Premium Package is a top-of-the-line offering exclusive on the coupe and convertible trims of the Volkswagen Beetle equipped with a 1.8T or TDI Clean Diesel engine. Not only does it offer features that are new to the Beetle lineup, but also equipment that was previously only available on the Beetle R-Line trim.

Those opting for the Premium Package will get features such as: Bi-Xenon automatic headlights, sport suspension, grey door sills and mirror caps, R-Line bumpers and foglights, 18-inch Disc wheels or 19-inch Torando wheels, Climatronic automatic climate control, RNS 510 with navigation and satellite radio, rain-sensing windshield wipers, auto-dimming rearview mirror, unique seating surfaces with leather inserts, Fender sound system, iPhone 5 cradle, contrast stitching and three exterior color options (Oryx White, Platinum Gray, Deep Black).

The 2014 Beetle Coupe with Premium Package will start from $28,175 including destination for the 1.8T model, while the TDI starts at $30,175. Convertible lovers will cough up $31,575 for the 1.8T and the TDI will start from $33,575.
