We have a number of interesting cars to test out this week, including a few exotics and performance products. Read all about it on AutoGuide Now.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4MaticMike Schlee, Road Test Editor: “This week we plan to compare two vehicles in the quickly growing premium subcompact crossover segment. I’m picking up the 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4Matic that will do battle with another 2.0-liter turbocharged Crossover from Lexus…”

2015 Lexus NX 200tSami Haj-Assaad, Features Editor:And that would be the new Lexus NX 200t, which sports the Japanese luxury brand’s first turbo. Personally, I think it fare well against the Mercedes GLA 250, thanks to its aggressive styling, powerful turbo engine and the usual Lexus luxury traits, but the Mercedes is no joke in this class. Keep an eye on my twitter feed for updates on this crossover.”

2015 Aston Martin LineupCraig Cole, Associate Editor: “Screw you, winter! Next week I get a brief respite from the snowy slop of America’s heartland because I’m heading to Southern California to evaluate some new vehicles. But this is hardly just any ride-and-drive program, oh no. Aston Martin is hosting an event where I’ll get to experience the breadth and depth of this British Brand’s lineup. Every product should be on the menu for sampling and understandably I’m starving. Send me questions via Twitter ( @CraigCole) if you have any.”

2015 Ford Mustang GTLuke Vandezande, Managing Editor: “I’ve been looking forward to this week for a long time. On Monday I’ll pick up a six-speed Mustang GT to answer a burning question: would I hate driving one in the winter? I’ll be using the Mustang to go snowboarding in order to satisfy my curiosity.”

2015 Volkswagen Golf R: “I also plan to attend the press launch of the new Volkswagen Golf R on Wednesday and Thursday. In other words, this is shaping up to be a week chock-full of my favorite: affordable performance cars.”
