2019 Genesis G90 Gets a Radical Restyling
The 2019 Genesis G90 has made its debut in Korea, introducing a radically restyled exterior for the full-size luxury sedan along with new technology.
The changes to the G90’s styling are quite obvious. Out front, the flagship sedan gets a large new Crest-shaped grille, which is joined by two dual-segment headlamps. The rear is even more of a departure from the outgoing G90, featuring dual-segment taillights and a repositioned license plate that is mounted as far down on the rear bumper as possible. The side profile is mostly the same as the outgoing 2018 G90.
Additional options are on the table as well. Pictured on the display vehicle in the gallery above are the new optional 19-inch wheels, which feature sound absorption technology to reduce road noise. Two new exterior colors have been added to the palette, Porto Red and Gold Coast Silver, while the interior is now available in both Brown and a Brown/Blue combination.

Cabin occupants will be greeted by a new 12.3-inch split screen display, which now supports wireless over the air updates for maps and software. The system comes standard with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Mirror Link functionality and also features a new Intelligent Car Management Service that will inform the driver of maintenance periods and vehicle wear. A new Active Noise Cancellation system also helps to reduce wind and road noise for passengers.
Available active safety features include Lane Follow Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist and Safe Exit Assist.
Genesis hasn’t provided details on the powertrain, but we’re expecting the 3.8-liter V6, turbocharged 3.3-liter V6 and 5.0-liter V8 engines to continue to serve in the sedan, along with Hyundai’s eight-speed automatic transmission.

its hideous, in my opinion.
It's grown on me since yesterday.... It has an "old money" look to it, but still can't say I like it. I feel that its styling has very little in relation to the just released G70. They need to find a design language and stick to it. Even their concepts all look completely different.
