Custom car work can be pretty cool, especially if done tastefully. However, one touchy area is the sound system, with one tuner always trying to out do the rest. This video  shows what happens when you go a little overboard with a car’s stereo.

That’s right, the owner (Who is wearing protective ear-gear) cranks his stereo so loud it breaks his pickups windshield.

Talk about breaking the “sound barrier” (Har har!).

Who would’ve known that pickups from 1989 aren’t meant to handle that much bass! Maybe it was just assumed that no one was really listening to rap that loud back then.

This video begs the question, is there such a thing as too much bass? What do you think?
