Chevrolet Teases the Corvette ZR1 and it Sounds Like a Monster
Chevrolet dropped a teaser for the upcoming Corvette ZR1. Although no details were shared other than a glorious bellowing exhaust, we do know a few things. This will be the first official mid-engine ZR1 and it will have a massive wing. We even see the latter in silhouette in the teaser video below.
Oh course, it should also out perform the current Corvette Z06. Considering how blistering quick around a racetrack the Z06 is, we can't wrap our heads around how capable the ZR1 will be.
As far as speculation, will the ZR1 have twin-turbos? Electronically powered front wheels like the E-Ray? Something we haven't even considered? We'll have to wait and see.
