Volkswagen has Adolf Hitler to thank for its start. In 1933 Hitler asked Ferdinand Porsche (yes, that Porsche) to discuss the idea of an affordable car that could carry five people. Prototypes appeared shortly and the KdF-Wagen was released in 1938. The KdF-Wagen would later become known as the Beetle and go on to sell in the millions.

Volkswagen SUV Reviews

Improved in so many ways, perhaps the biggest change to the Touareg is the price, meaning there’s now very little gap between this Volkswagen and its Porsche sibling.
Is Volkswagen’s entry-level crossover too late and too expensive to compete with the competition from Toyota and Honda, or will the SUV’s build-quality help it carve out a spot in this ultra-competitive segment?

Volkswagen’s hard-top Eos convertible delivers fun and quality German engineering, putting it on par with cars like the BMW 128i Convertible.
