2015 Ford Edge Image Leaked in Corporate Presentation

The 2015 Ford Edge will marry the Aston-eqsue Fusion’s front grille with horizontal bars to modernize the crossover.

An image of the vehicle (top left), assuming it’s correct, shows its front and significant changes to the car’s body shape. A chiseled beltline, similar fog light bezels and grille to the 2013 Fusion all seem to be integrated while the headlight shape stays close to the 2013 model.

The image was included in a slide from a presentation available on the brand’s corporate site.

Ford currently sells the 2013 Edge with three engine options: a 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost as well a 3.5-liter and 3.7-liter V6 options. It isn’t clear what Ford is planning for the new Edge, but different engines might not be unreasonable given Ford’s changes to the 2013 Escape engines. The popular crossover abandoned its hybrid option along with the boxy exterior.

I like it, but highly doubt this was an "accident".

These look fake. I saw another with the 2012 rims from the present Limited model and grills look cut from a Santa fe. Either ford has stopped pumping innovation and gone the way of a Chinese reproduction or some smirk kids with poor Photoshop skills is pulling a fast one.
