CHICAGO (Feb. 8, 2013) – A year ago Nissan launched a social media-directed Nissan 370Z build-up called "Project 370Z" at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. The idea was to capture the passion and knowledge of Nissan Z fans, online, to help direct the creation of a unique, one-off Nissan 370Z with readily available aftermarket parts…

Nissan started the Project 370Z campaign at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show, now a year later, the car is finished and on display for show-goers.

That’s not a fitting lifestyle for a project car, so Nissan is inviting any Nissan Z owners to take it on at the track. Nissan will take on challengers at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in mid-march.

The crowdsourced Z is far from ordinary, featuring more than 500 hp thanks to a twin-turbo GReddy kit. It also sports a GReddy Turbo Ti-C Exhaust and rolls on VOLK TE37SL custom-finished wheels.

Nissan even provided a video of the Project 370z, check it out below.
