The 2,000th Lamborghini Aventador has been produced and the milestone vehicle will be heading to the United States.

The vehicle will be owned by Thaddeus Arroyo, Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T, who also owns a Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder. Production of the Aventador has been impressive, as the Murcielago took four and a half years before reaching its 2,000th unit. The Aventador on the other hand, has reached the milestone in just over two years.

Lamborghini has been producing an average of five Aventadors per day.
