2015 Audi A8 Teased Before 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show Reveal
With the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show about a month away, the slow strip tease of new models are about to begin. Audi is the first to give us a taste of what to expect of their presence at the show, with what looks like the new 2015 Audi A8 sedan.
Audi uploaded a short 30-second long video to its YouTube channel Sunday, hinting at a new vehicle which will be unveiled at this years Frankfurt show. The video shows two cars covered up, likely one being the traditional A8 sedan, while the other is the more punchy S8 model.
The video also teases some high-performance braking equipment and sporty looking wheels on the covered up car, furthering the notion that we’re looking at a S8.
September is also the same time that the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is expected to hit dealers. Perhaps Audi is looking to deflate the potential success of the S-Class by unveiling its latest iteration of the A8 luxury sedan.
