The Civic Type R Concept II is getting a lot of attention these days, but that’s no surprise. Not only is it aiming to be the fastest front-wheel drive vehicle around the Nurburgring, it’s also boasting to be the most extreme Honda Type R vehicle ever made.

In a video released today, Honda Project Leader Suehiro Hasshi, the man behind the new Civic Type R Concept II explains exactly what makes this car so awesome. Here are the details: Turbo + VTEC, 7,000 rpm redline, 275 hp and a +R button that changes the car into a track-ready monster.
