Owners of the 2015 Ford Focus ST can now get more power through a Ford Performance upgrade kit from Mountune.

Boosting output to 275 hp and 296 lb-ft of torque, the Ford Performance upgrade kit helps optimize performance without sacrificing reliability and the package maintains the vehicle’s factory-backed three-year/36,000-mile warranty.

The Mountune MP275 Focus ST performance upgrade includes a Mountune Induction kit, high flow intercooler, mTune handset, performance badge and installation hardware to give the 2015 Ford Focus ST 23 more horsepower and 26 more lb-ft of torque.

The package is priced from $1,900 and will keep the Ford Focus ST 50-state emissions legal, although it does require 93-octane fuel to hit the advertised 275 hp and 296 lb-ft of torque.

It might not be as impressive as the upcoming Ford Focus RS with 345 hp, but it’s nice that current Ford Focus ST owners now have access to a more powerful car.

This seems like it would only be a choice for those determined to stick with OEM stuff. The aftermarket will give more power for 1/3 the price. I'd just wait until 36k and get a cobb tune or some other good aftermarket brand. geez!

Cobb is great for sure, but Stage 2 pack at Cobb is just over $1900 (intercooler, induction etc.), good @15% increase in power I think. Thing is Mountune has been working with Ford for years overseas and owners have maintained warranty, no three year/36k wait (though in the UK the warranty maybe longer).
