The Kia Soul is getting a facelift to hold it over until an all-new model arrives in 2018.

Caught testing by AutoGuide.com‘s spy photographers, the refreshed Kia Soul will likely get new headlights and a new front bumper while the back of the car will receive similar changes with redesigned tail lights and rear bumper. It appears that the fake air outlets currently found on the front fenders has been removed for a cleaner look and the side mirrors are growing slightly in size.

Expect the facelift to also update the Soul’s interior with a new infotainment system.

As for powertrains, Kia will likely give the Soul’s engine and transmission minor changes to help improve fuel economy, but don’t expect any more changes there. By the looks of things, the facelifted Kia Soul will likely arrive as a 2017 model year.
