Fast 8 Caught Dropping Cars From Parking Garages in Cleveland

Filming for Fast 8 has begun and the crew is throwing cars out of parking garages in Cleveland.

According to Cleveland.com, the second unit film crew for Fast 8 has been working in downtown Cleveland, dropping a car out of a garage onto Prospect Avenue. Stunt drivers have also been rehearsing at Euclid Square Mall and the website has published a list of road closings as a result of filming.

As the eighth installment of The Fast and the Furious franchise, the upcoming movie will star Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez. It is also the second movie to not feature Paul Walker following his death in 2013.

The film is currently slated to be released in the U.S. on April 14, 2017 and filming as well as principal photography will be taken all around the world, including Iceland, Cuba, Atlanta and New York.
