Vin Diesel was recently in New York preparing for the upcoming launch of Fast and Furious Live.

Fast & Furious Live was first announced earlier this year in February and at the time, it was unclear whether any of the actors or actresses from the franchise would be involved with the events. Unsurprisingly, Vin Diesel has confirmed he is involved but it doesn’t appear he’ll be attending each of the live shows. In a recent video posted on Facebook, Diesel says he’s filming for Fast & Furious Live, which means he’ll at least make an appearance at the events although it’s likely through a video screen of some sort.

As expected, the actor gets the marketing machine going by promising the event is the first of its kind, but it is being brought to life by the same company that did Top Gear Live.

A full schedule still hasn’t been released, but Diesel “thinks” it will kick off at the London 02 Arena.
