Don’t stress about the Mondays, because it’s time to test a few new cars, including two luxury sport-sedans and a rear-wheel drive sports car.

2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan V8: Mike Schlee, Road Test Editor – “This week I am in the all-new 2015 Hyundai Genesis V8. Now in its second generation, the Hyundai has improved in every way and is serious about taking on the luxury manufacturers from Germany. But, Cadillac is also confident the new CTS V-Sport is a world beater, so a head-to-head comparison is in order. Which car is the real deal?”

2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport: Luke Vandezande, Managing Editor – “This week I’m spending time in the twin-turbo CTS Vsport. Cadillac is offering its Vsport models as in-between products that offer more power and higher grade interior trim without stepping into manic supercharged V8 territory.”

2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe: Sami Haj-Assaad, Features Editor – With rear-wheel drive, a 348-hp V6 engine and gorgeous styling, the 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe is my ride this week. Undeniably fast on the track, I’m looking forward to seeing if the Genesis Coupe has the creature comforts for the road. Also, coming from a bare bones (and slower) Scion FR-S, will I pine for the extra power and features once I return this Hyundai pony-car?”

2015 Kia K900: Colum Wood, Editor in Chief – “I’ll be spending much of my week with Craig Cole at the Midwest Automotive Media Association’s Spring Rally driving pretty much every new car there is. I’ll have a new Kia K900 as my transportation to and from the event so look for plenty of tweets on that, plus whatever I can get my hands on to test out at the MAMA rally’s track of choice: Road America.
