During a press conference at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, BMW rolled out the latest revision of its Z4 convertible.

The Z4 roadster on display was the sDrive35is model, which is powered by a turbocharged 3.0L inline six which makes 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque. The sprint to 60 mph comes in as quick as five seconds thanks to either a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, or six-speed manual transmission.

Putting the top up is a 19 second affair and can be done while driving at speeds of up to 25 mph.

The interior is also spruced up, with its black and white color combination, Alcantara highlights and contrast stitching.
