Like the standard BMW 4 Series, Alpina has given its B4 an update.

Now called the BMW Alpina B4 S Bi-Turbo, it offers 440 horsepower and 487 pound-feet of torque, beating out the standard BMW M4 that has 425 hp and 406 lb-ft. The BMW M4 however can be had with a Competition Package that boosts power to 444 hp.

Power for the B4 comes from a revised 3.0-liter straight-six turbocharged engine paired to a revamped eight-speed Sport-Automatic transmission with Alpina Switch-Tronic technology to deliver impressive dynamics and maximum comfort.

As part of the latest update, the exterior of the Alpina B4 S Bi-Turbo receives new front and rear aprons with chrome accents. Now standard are new LED headlights and fog lights while the rear tail light cluster has been redesigned with LEDs.
