10 Cars Everyone Wants This Fall
For the fifth month in a row, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 leads the way as the most researched vehicle in America. As you’d expect, all four of America’s full-size domestic pickup trucks fall into the top 10, but as you’ll see when you dive into the full list, a vehicle’s sales figures are only part of the equation that makes it a popular car online.
While the Ford F-Series of pickup trucks – that would include the F-150 along with the F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty models – always end up at the top of the sales charts, the Ford F-150 falls into second place this month, as it has for the last five. The Ram 1500 sits in sixth, and the GMC Sierra 1500 is one spot behind in seventh.
But this popularity contest proves that crossovers and – gasp – one solitary sedan still generate some interest online.
Top 10 Vehicles Researched In September 2025: |

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 |
Ford F-150 |
Toyota RAV4 |
Toyota Camry |
Hyundai Palisade |
Ram 1500 |
GMC Sierra 1500 |
Toyota Tacoma |
Chevrolet Equinox |
Lexus RX 350 |
While most of the vehicles that made the top 10 in August also made the list in September, there’s some movement in their finishing order. The Toyota Camry and Hyundai Palisade swapped places. The Ram 1500 jumped from eighth to sixth and displaced the Toyota Tacoma in the process.
The lone newcomer to the rankings in September was the Lexus RX 350. Last month, the Nissan Rogue was in the 10th spot. Surprisingly, Nissan’s popular compact crossover SUV fell all the way to 15th this month, just ahead of the Jeep Wrangler and behind the Honda CR-V, according to data provided exclusively to AutoGuide via AutoFinder.com — an automotive marketplace featuring over 3 million new and used vehicle listings, connecting consumers with top dealerships nationwide to easily find and secure the best deal on a car, truck or SUV.

Yeah right. I've researched the Silverado, F150 and RAM this past 6 months, but not for the reasons manufacturer's think. I wanted to find out which one broke down the least and had the fewest recalls. The answer is NONE! So, until I see some improvement in quality, I'll just be keeping my decades old beater Silverado.
