With the second-generation Touareg debuting in 2010, it’s about time that Volkswagen gave its SUV model an update.

The German automaker is in the process of testing its refreshed Touareg that appears to be getting a minor facelift with a new front bumper and grille. The vehicle was spotted during high altitude testing in the European Alps.
