First 2015 Ford Mustang GT Sells for $300K at Barrett-Jackson
The first production 2015 Ford Mustang GT has netted $300,000 at the Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson auction in Arizona.
The auction’s proceeds will go on to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and according to the American automaker, the winning bidder will get to choose a fastback model with either a manual or automatic transmission, any interior, exterior and stripe color combinations. Under the hood of the 2015 Ford Mustang GT is a 5.0-liter V8 engine with at least 420 hp and 396 lb-ft of torque.
