Codemasters has announced F1 2020, which races on to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Google Stadia this summer.

This console generation, the Sony PlayStation 4 has really led the way with epic exclusives such as God of War, Spider-Man, and Horizon Zero Dawn. But that doesn’t mean racing enthusiasts have been left out. If you own a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 4 Pro and looking for a racing game, you’ve come to the right place. From realistic racing simulators to story-driven, open-world driving experiences, the PlayStation 4 is jam packed with some of the best racing games the industry has to offer.

There was a time where picking the best monitor for your PC simply came down to the size of the monitor you wanted. Nowadays, racing games feature extremely realistic and stunning graphics, where screenshots could be mistaken for real life imagery. If you own an Xbox One and looking for some good racing games, there are plenty of options to choose from. Although you won’t get access to PlayStation’s exclusive Gran Turismo series, Microsoft has its own winner with the Forza lineup of games.

Forza Horizon 4 is hilarious. Every inch of the game caters to that fun feeling. There’s no boredom, no “grind” to get better, no trolling by online players, and hardly any restrictions of any kind.

The sit-down racing game. Is there any more of an immersive arcade experience? With the wheel in one hand, the shifter in another, and pedals sitting under your feet, you can almost forget that the Recaro you’re sitting in is formed out of hard, durable, vomit-proof plastic as you carom around a virtual track at triple-digit speeds.
