Toyota GT86 Launches in UAE – Video
The Toyota GT86 will be known as simply the 86 in the Middle Eastern market, and the car has now officially launched in the United Arab Emirates.
Starting at roughly $26,000 USD, the car carries almost the same stating price as it does here in America, but it will receive a few tweaks for its launch in the Middle East. The aero package and spoiler seen on the car in the video are likely additions specific for the Middle Eastern and world markets, and give the sports coupe a slightly more over-the-top tuner car feel. Large rear diffuser’s are also present, and are reminiscent of the original FT86 concept car.
Shot on the twisty roads of Fujairah, the launch video showcases everything that the 86 can do. Drifting, tight corners, and lots of speed make for a great commercial, one that hopefully gets UAE car buyers excited.
