GM CEO Dan Akerson Auctioning Personal 1958 Corvette

Dan Akerson will be auctioning off his classic 1958 Chevrolet Corvette with all its proceeds benefiting the Habitat for Humanity Detroit.

The General Motors CEO will be taking his classic ‘Vette for one final joyride at this year’s Woodward Dream Cruise before it heads off to auctioning, with details on when and where coming soon. Akerson has donated Habitat for Humanity Detroit a million dollars already this year. The charity fights urban blight in the Morningside Commons neighborhood.
