Mercedes Releases In-Depth Video on AMG Vision GT Concept
The stunning Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo debuted at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, but what inspired the design of the supercar that will make its virtual debut in Gran Turismo 6 this week?
The German automaker has released a “making of” video for the Vision Gran Turismo, giving us an inside look at what can happen when an automaker isn’t restricted to the boundaries of traditional car design and development.

Now of course the Vision Gran Turismo won’t become a production car at all, but PlayStation 3 gamers will be able to enjoy it virtually in Gran Turismo 6 which will be released on December 6.
Mercedes AMG does hint though in the video that though the Vision Gran Turismo is a concept, some of its ideas and designs could find their way onto a future production model.
