Kia K900 Stars in Matrix-Themed Super Bowl Commercial

Kia has unveiled its 2014 Super Bowl commercial, which stars Laurence Fishburne reprising his role as Morpheus from the Matrix movies.

The Korean automaker is hoping its K900 luxury sedan will push the brand into a more premium segment and its Super Bowl commercial, titled “The Truth,” focuses on that luxury standpoint. An unsuspecting couple meets Morpheus at a valet stand and presents them two choices: a blue key or a red key – much like Neo was given the choice between the blue pill or the red pill.

From there, the three take a journey in the Kia K900 where the couple will challenge the luxury they know, and perhaps never look at luxury, or Kia, the same again.
