Rumor has it that Ford has plenty up its sleeves for next year’s Detroit Auto Show.

The show could include the next version of Ford’s off-road focused Raptor pickup truck if rumors circulating prove true, but it isn’t the only car supposedly coming to the 2015 NAIAS. If you thought the recently announced Shelby GT350 was exciting, rumor has it that an even hotter Shelby GT350R will bow at next year’s Detroit Auto Show. Expect even more aggressive aerodynamics on the GT350R along with larger brakes and better factory tires.

Headlining the American automaker’s booth will likely be the replacement for the Ford GT as previously rumored, as Ford will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Ford GT40’s first Le Mans overall win. While not as exciting, other rumors suggest that Ford is considering launching a performance sub-brand similar to BMW’s M and Mercedes-Benz’s AMG. And considering Detroit is Ford’s home turf, expect some news with its Focus and Fiesta models including the facelifted Fiesta ST making its U.S. debut and a possible Focus RS bowing at the show.
