2015 Ford Mustang Named Best Sports Value in America

For the sixth straight year, the Ford Mustang has earned the Vincentric Best Value in America Award for sports cars.

The Vincentric Best Value in America Awards are based on statistical analysis of key costs of ownership including insurance, financing, maintenance and depreciation. In the sports car category, the Ford Mustang has come out on top for six straight years and is the latest award for the 2015 Ford Mustang. The American automaker’s latest sports car was also named a finalist for both the North American Car of the Year and World Car of the Year awards.

According to Ford, the Mustang has been the best-selling sports car in America since its launch in September 2014. The new Mustang comes standard with a 3.7-liter V6 with 300 hp and available as options are a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine with 310 hp and 320 lb-ft of torque or the range-topping V8 with 435 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque.
