Lexus is rolling out two special edition models to celebrate the 10 years of “F” cars.

Making their debut at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show, the Lexus GS F and RC F 10th Anniversary Special Editions are set to arrive dealerships this summer sporting unique features that differentiate them from their standard counterparts. The RC F 10th Anniversary Special Edition will be limited to 240 units, corresponding to the current number of Lexus dealers in the U.S., while the GS F is limited to just 100 units.

Arguably the most noticeable feature of the special editions is the Nebula Gray paint on the exterior, which is the Japanese automaker’s first use of matte paint on a production vehicle since the LFA supercar. The dark gray exterior finish is contrasted by standard polished black multispoke wheels, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. Behind those 19-inch rollers are blue brake calipers.

The blue theme continues once you open the doors, with blue carbon fiber trim on the window switch panel and dash. There are also blue leather accents throughout the cabin, giving it a more exotic appearance. Each car will naturally have engraved plaques that certify their limited edition status.

In the RC F, the front sport seats are upholstered in blue leather with white accents, along with a blue accented shift knob, steering wheel, and instrument panel hood. An embossed headliner is also part of the package.

The GS F’s front seats mimic those found in the RC F, and the rear seats get lighter treatment with a splash of blue leather on the side bolsters. Blue carbon fiber trim can also be found on the center console along with blue suede dash trim and blue seatbelt straps. Although the GS F doesn’t get the same embossed headliner as the RC F, it does get additional blue leather trim on the steering wheel, console, and shift knob.

Both models are powered by a 5.0-liter V8 engine with 467 horsepower paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, just like the standard RC F and GS F.

Final pricing on the special editions has not been determined, but additional options packages will be available on both models.
