The 2019 Subaru BRZ has gained a Series.Gray special edition model.

The Series.Gray is the new range-topping BRZ for the 2019 model year. The only available exterior color is Cool Gray Khaki, which is joined by other model exclusive exterior features such as 17-inch alloy wheels and folding black-painted power mirrors. The BRZ’s optional Performance Package, which adds four-piston brake calipers on the front, dual- piston calipers out back and Sachs shock absorbers at all four corners, is also standard on Series.Gray models. Just 250 BRZ Series.Gray models will be built for 2019, retailing for $30,140 a pop.

2019 BRZ Limited models will also get a new 7.0-inch Starlink touchscreen with navigation and over-the-air updates. The sports coupe otherwise remains unchanged for the New Year, featuring the same 205 hp 2.0-liter boxer engine and six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmissions. That’s just fine with us, though, because it retains a similarly low starting price of $25,795 – which is actually $200 more than the 2018 model.
