If you’ve got a lead foot, the National Motorists Association has some handy information for you. They have just released their ranking of states where you’re most likely to get a speeding ticket.

Making it their cause to promote rational traffic laws, eliminate speed traps and get rid of camera-based ticketing systems, the National Motorists Association (NMA) complied this list based on which states issue the highest number of speeding tickets. It was a tough job, as most states and municipalities don’t like to publish data on ticketing motorists. But the NMA is a dedicated group, so they gathered the data and compared it to actual experiences from NMA members in order to valid their rankings.
