Nissan GT-R Track Pack Officially Debuts [Video]
As if Nissan‘s GT-R couldn’t get more potent for the track, they’ve announced a special Track Pack for their flagship sports car stating that it’s for “drivers who want an extra edge on the race track.” Modifications to the already capable GT-R includes suspension upgrades, additional brake cooling ducts and glossy black wheels.
The powerplant has been untouched, leaving the 3.8L V6 engine with the standard 542-hp. But the sportier suspension will truly make it an even better handling machine while the interior also gets track-themed upgrades with blue-trimmed Recaro seats and a special Track Pack emblem on the center console. The rear seats were also tossed to reduce weight from the car.
The GT-R Track Pack will launch in March in the UK and come with a $10,000 GBP price premium – roughly $15,633 in USD over the GT-R’s £74,450 ($116,000 USD) sticker.
Check out an interview video with GT-R creator, Kazutoshi Mizuno after the break.

The glossy black wheels obviously give the best advantage. :P
Ohh, black wheels! I'm sure they are worth every dollar. I'm going to paint my wheels black first thing in the morning. I'm sure the silver color is costing me time in autocrossing,
