Scheduled to go on sale in September and to debut on Wednesday at the New York Auto Show, the 2013 BMW X1 is the latest car to be leaked ahead of the show.

Changes to the 2013 X1 will be relatively minor, but include new recessed fog lamps, a silver paint-accented front bumper and slightly redesigned headlights. New silver side sills and redesigned taillights, complete the exterior facelift along with new paint colors.

The interior is only a little different from its predecessor with a slightly revised lower center console and dash trim, though the rest looks essentially the same as the 2012 model.

Expect the same 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four cylinder to power the U.S. model, making 242 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque.

Watch for more details on the 2013 BMW X1 this Wednesday during out live coverage in New York.
