Toyota GT 86 Launches in Indonesia With Massive Drift Demo – Video
Toyota is launching the GT 86 and Scion FR-S around the world and Indonesia’s release took place last Friday to the tune of a couple smoking tires.
In the video below, we see a GT 86 doing exactly what it was meant for: high-performance driving. In this cae, that means drifting around a three-cone slalom, sending clouds of rubber into the air.
Given the car’s already infamous reputation, its hard not to wonder how long it’s going to take before insurance rates on these budget rockets hit the stratosphere. As they say in the military, hope for the best but prepare for the worst, which is exactly what we’re doing.
