Sydney Motorsport Park will now get to look forward to an all-new Lexus GS 350 F Sport safety car on its track. The GS 350 F Sport is one of only 11 GS F Sport models being offered in Australia this year, and will be a safety car at all upcoming races during the season.

The GS 350 F Sport safety car is the result of an established relationship between Lexus Australia and Sydney Motorsport Park, and appears to be a factory stock model with a 3.5-liter V6 engine with 306-hp. But true to being a safety car on the track, the F Sport model is outfitted with plenty of suspension modifications, larger brakes, and chassis tweaks.

“The GS 350 not only looks fantastic, but the feedback I’ve had from the drivers is that it’s a really enjoyable vehicle to drive…we are pleased that Lexus has decided to maintain its long-standing relationship with us,” said Glenn Matthews, CEO of Sydney Motorsport Park and the Australian Racing Drivers’ Club.
