Audi has teamed up with Marvel Entertainment to celebrate the upcoming launch of Iron Man 3 in movie theaters by launching the “Steer the Story” contest.

The contest will give participants the opportunity to become a Marvel co-creator by choosing Tony Stark’s fate and creating a final panel for his adventures. Essentially it’ll be a crowd-sourced digital comic book, with the lucky winner deciding how it ends.

Judges for the contest include Marvel’s Editor-in Chief Axel Alonso and editors Jeanine Schaefer and Bill Rosemann. Over the course of the week, the German automaker will be releasing two short videos with step-by-step instructions on how to draw Tony Stark’s Audi R8 and Iron Man’s helmet. But first, fans will be able to vote on the first chapter of the book today along with revealing the second chapter.

Results of the second voting period will be revealed on April 22nd along with the third chapter of the book, which is when fans will be able to upload their submissions for their take on Tony Stark’s finale.

On May 10th, the contest will announce the winners – two finalists and one grand prize winner.
