TRG-AMR North America has notched its first win with the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 at Sonoma Raceway in California.

American driver Brandon Davis piloted the number 27 Vantage GT4 to a victory in round 13 of the Pirelli World Challenge after starting second on the grid. With the Vantage GT4 having success everywhere around the world, the team is extremely proud of notching its first victory in North America with the race car.

“We’ve worked closely with the team at Aston Martin Racing to develop the car so that it meets with Grand Am specifications and we’ve created a very competitive race car that is set to make waves in North America next year,” said Kevin Buckler, TRG-AMR’s North America team owner.

In the GT category, TRG-AMR also had the debut of its freshly delivered V12 Vantage GT and got off to a promising start. Despite starting the race from pit lane, the team was able to finish in sixth overall and had the second fastest lap time of the race.
