A teaser image of the upcoming Porsche Macan small crossover reveals that it will be the first production model fitted with headlights first seen during the 2012 Paris Motor Show.

A year ago, Porsche CEO Matthias Muller said the head and tail lights seen on the Sport Turismo concept would appear in future products across the brand.

Recently leaked images from a Porsche dealer presentation suggest the baby Cayenne will come with a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine while the Macan Turbo will come with a 3.6-liter turbo six. Both will feed power through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

Spy photos already revealed the Macan with almost no covering, except for race car style headlight graphic stickers over the lamps.
