The Kia Soul’s success has been surprising in the U.S., but is it good enough to merit a coupe variant?

The Korean automaker is mulling over a Kia Soul coupe model that would closely resemble the Track’ster concept that debuted at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. Even more promising is that the Track’ster concept’s turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 250 hp is also under consideration. Of course, even if Kia opted not to add a coupe variant to the lineup, the more powerful turbo engine would come as a welcome addition to the product line.
