Audi’s RS7 is quick like a rocket and will be slightly revised for the 2015 model year.

Mechanical components remain the same, meaning there is still a “bi-turbo” 4.0-liter V8 making 560 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. For 2015, the car will come with new LED headlights and the latest version of Audi’s MMI infotainment system also offered in the 2015 A3.

Otherwise, this is the same old RS7 if you can really say that about a car that can make the 0-62 MPH sprint in 3.9 seconds. Even with all that power, the EPA rates the 2014 RS7 to return a combined 19 MPG. Achieving those figures might not be easy because full temptation to speed torque comes on at 1,750 RPM, but if you can resist the urge, cylinder deactivation will keep half of the combustion chambers dormant during low load acceleration.

As was the case before, power is directed to all four wheels via a permanent quattro all-wheel drive system and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Standard equipment on the 2015 model includes 20-inch wheels with 21-inch versions also available. Carbon ceramic brakes are also available, although they come as an extra-cost option. U.S. pricing hasn’t been announced for the revised version of the car.
